As part of the ‘fast track to the top’ series, I thought I would get in contact with a start up company by the name of Superbuzz . They make pretty good music promos. I had seen something they had done before and was very impressed with what they had done.
In my enquiry they asked me some questions like, how much is my budget and do `I have any ideas what direction I would like to go in? I told them I have no idea but my budget was £200 pounds. Their response was they cannot help me with that kind of budget.
What they seemed to forget to tell me was how much was their starting budget. In all honesty my budget was rather low however every good company should have a starting budget. Also they seemed to not be in a rush to get back to me, bad business practise.
I don not wish bad upon them but they do need to up their customer response time and when answering questions regarding budgets tell the customer what is the lowest you can start from.
